We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and what data will be removed.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all your game progress, purchases, and any data associated with your account. Please make sure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Note: Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you personally.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using one of the following methods:
1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open Endless Tile Connect Survival Rush
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap on Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
This is the fastest method and will process immediately.
2 Email Request
If you cannot access the game or prefer to request deletion via email:
- Send an email to contact@lemondrop.games
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Google/Apple sign-in
- Your in-game display name (if any)
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
What About My Purchases?
Important: Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of any in-app purchases you have made. These cannot be restored or transferred to a new account.
If you wish to keep your purchases, consider the following alternatives:
- Take a break: Simply uninstall the game without deleting your account. Your data will remain saved if you ever want to return.
- Sign out: You can sign out of your account in the game settings without deleting it.
Revoking Third-Party Access
After deleting your account, you may also want to revoke the game's access to your Google or Apple account:
Google Account
- Go to Google Account Permissions
- Find "Endless Tile Connect Survival Rush" in the list
- Click on it and select "Remove Access"
Apple Account
- Go to Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then "Sign-In & Security"
- Tap "Sign in with Apple"
- Find "Endless Tile Connect Survival Rush" and tap "Stop Using Apple ID"
